This page hosts a range of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) images which model Arm hardware subsystems. The FPGA images target different market segments, applications, and are developed for either Arm MPS2+ or Arm MPS3 FPGA prototyping boards. FPGA images are suitable for software development and enable execution of full software stacks, providing a widely available platform ahead of silicon.
Note: This download provides the MPS2+ support DVD 3.1 for Armv7M support, excluding Arm Cortex-M0 and Arm Cortex-M3 DesignStart Eval. View, Arm DesignStart to download DesignStart Eval for Arm Cortex-M0 and Cortex-M3.
The table below shows scaled JPEG (on the left) and WebP images (on the right)side-by-side for comparison. Since browsers exist that support WebP natively,we no longer place WebP images in a PNG container as we did at launch. Imagefile sizes are exact. Clicking on the JPEG and WebP thumbnails will open thelarge images in a new tab
The images on this page come from a number of different sources. We haveselected some delightful and rich pictures to showcase qualities of WebP.Famous classic images such as Lena, the Baboon, etc., often used when doingcompression comparisons, are unfortunately not free of copyright.

Does anyone know how to apply for the contract/subscription to download images from Cisco's software download centre. I work as an IT consultant and need access to Cisco images (such as FMCv, FTDv, ISE, etc.) so I can download them and learn/practice by deploying them in my lab environment. I have seen some IT trainers (online courses) that have access to download these images and they mention they have subscription/contract with Cisco to download them. I'm not sure how I can purchase the same subscription/contract.
The answer to this question will vary a little bit depending on which products we are talking about. But generally speaking, and for most of the products outside of the Cisco Business and Cisco Small Business portfolios, you will need to have a service contract associated with your cisco.com user ID for the product in question to be able to download software updates. You should be able obtain a service contract from the same reseller that you purchased the product from.
If you are working as a temporary consultant for another company that owns the product, then generally there should be an employee within that company who has a cisco.com account and is associated with the products they have purchased. This person will have access to download the software in question. However, depending on the company, you may need to help guide them through the process. Their Cisco reseller should be able to assist with the mechanics involved, but at the minimum, you will need details of their service contracts.
Here is another great Tree of Life tattoo! This one is courtesy of Monica Quast, who is a Ph.D. student at the University of Campinas, Brazil, working on bivalve phylogeography. The organisms depicted on this version are (going clockwise): a cyanobacterium, a foraminiferan, 3 diatoms, an oak leaf and acorn, a Spirogyra cell, a red cage fungus, a stauromedusa, a nautilus, a tardigrade, an ophiuroid, and a badger. Monica's tattoo is based on the Tree of Life we used in Life: The Science of Biology (Sinauer Associates and W. H. Freeman; see the last image, below for more information).
"We made a large format impression, fixed it on an oversized (2.10 m. in diameter) wood circle with a steel harness behind that allowed it to rotate over a central axis, and installed two fixed magnifying lenses to let people read the writing comfortably. In addition, we fixed a pannel with a ... mention of the International Year of Biodiversity, and around thirty images of different representative species. In the fair, our students did an excellent job explaining the tree to the attendants and we collected effusive comments from the general public (mainly surprised by the fact of being so close to mice, the enormous amount of species and the connections between them) as well as from the experts (for the level of knowledge of our students and the development of the experience)."
The VESA VDC-M compression standard provides an increased compression level while maintaining visually lossless quality, targeting additional markets such as low-power mobile computing. Useful in applications where raw transport bandwidth is limited, VDC-M provides more image compression when compared to the DSC Standard, with a trade-off of higher complexity. VDC-M has been adopted by the MIPI Display Serial Interface (DSI-2) specification for use in embedded mobile display applications to save both power and compressed-frame memory size in high-resolution displays.
While the potential applications for the published material are nearly limitless, university students, faculty and researchers can leverage the content for visual science research projects, while companies can use the material for experimenting with or developing AR/VR/XR display technology and devices. The video and image files as well as instructions for downloading them can be found at: Access the files

Use Apple product images at a size that is clearly legible at the image resolution provided. Ensure that the minimum device size is no smaller than 25 mm in height for printed materials and 200 px onscreen. Maintain the correct relative product scale whenever multiple products are shown.
The status bar for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch should show a full network icon or product designator, a full Wi-Fi icon, and a full battery icon. If your app runs full screen, you can extend your app screen image over the status bar. If your app is optimized for 5G networks, you can display the 5G icon in the status bar from a compatible device.
Apple product names can appear in copy along with the names of other app platforms or devices. List Apple products first. Although the names of other products can be used in promotional copy, never display Apple product images alongside the images of other products.
Your app screen images, Mac, Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple TV product images, or photographs thereof cannot be used in any manner that falsely suggests an association with Apple or is likely to reduce, diminish, or damage the goodwill, value, or reputation associated with the App Store, the Mac App Store, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch, Apple TV, or Apple itself.
An "EDGE" ISO image is also available for the Cinnamon edition. This image ships with a newer kernel to be able to support the latest hardware chipsets. If you cannot boot the regular editions, we recommend you try the "EDGE" ISO instead.
